Her journey as a practitioner began around 12 years ago, through spiritual meditation classes. Where she learnt the many facets of meditation and its connection to universal energy and here she learned to do professional psychic readings. Vincenza also found her first love in Healing and she decided to explore it further and through a personal experience she was introduced to Essential Oils and the concept of Aromatherapy.
From this experience, Vincenza stepped away from the corporate environment and embarked in her studies as an Aromatherapist. Studying at Nature Care College and graduating in February 1999, Vincenza began working with clients through massage and essential oils.
In the same year of her graduation Vincenza began to teach spiritual & self-development groups, continue to read as a Psychic Medium and work with clients in Aromatherapy, and decided to specialise in Pre-Natal and Post-Natal Massage.
Vincenza also brings to her practice the knowledge of Touch for Health, Acupressure, Reiki and her experiences through Inner Child and Creating Love workshops. In 2007 Vincenza studied her Certificate in Breathwork Therapy, which she adds to her business.
